If the product you order is shown to be « in stock », it will be shipped within 2 or 3 business days. Should the shipping delay be longer, you will be notified.
If the product you order is shown to be « on order », we will inform you by email of retail locations where it is available, or else give you an estimate of the manufacturing delay for products that are not available in stock at retailers.
Due to concurrent sales or inventory errors, some item may not be available at the time of purchase. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email to confirm the availability, price and estimated delivery date of the product your ordered. Should the product be unavailable, we will inform you through email or by phone as soon as possible.
CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER
We will be happy to make any change you request if we receive it before your order has been picked up by the courrier. The quickest way to make sure it is still possible is to call us (1-877-840-2616) and we will check if the order has already left our facilities. If so, it will unfortunately be impossible to accomodate your request and you will have to follow the instructions according to our return policy.
