Product Availability :

Due to concurrent sales or inventory errors, some item may not be available at the time of purchase. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email to confirm the availability, price and estimated delivery date of the product your ordered. Should the product be unavailable, we will inform you through email or by phone as soon as possible.

Changing or canceling your order :

We will be happy to make any change you request if we receive it before your order has been picked up by the courrier. The quickest way to make sure it is still possible is to call us (1-877-840-2616) and we will check if the order has already left our facilities. If so, it will unfortunately be impossible to accomodate your request and you will have to follow the return instructions (below).

Chaussures Saute-Mouton will deliver to the address provided in the order form.  Please allow for 7 to 10 business days following your order for it to arrive. We will notify you of any additional delay. Holiday season : All orders placed between December 18, 2017 and January 12, 2018 will be shipped during the week of January 22nd, 2018. Should an item be lost in transit, please notify Chaussures Saute-Mouton within 90 days of shipping so we can initiate a claim to find the missing item. Missing items declared after 90 days will not be traceable and will not be refunded. Please note that an high order volume might delay shipping for your order of at most 5 business days. If your order is urgent, please contact our customer service so we can find an acceptable solution.

Return policy

No returns will be accepted more than 10 days after delivery. No refund will be issued for items on sale; an exchange or a store credit (valid for one year) will be issued. Items must be returned in its original packaging. Shipping for returns is the client’s responsibility. As soon as we receive the returned item and can assess its condition, a refund of the paid price (minus any shipping charges) will be issued to the same credit card used to pay.

Sales tax

Chaussures Saute-Mouton will charge the applicable sales tax on every item ordered through this website : – GST (5%) is charged for all Canadian orders except in provinces with an HST; in those cases, the HST is charged. – QST (9,975%) is charged for all orders within Québec.

Shipping method

All Canadian orders are shipped through Purolator.

Shipping rules and restrictions
