Les chaussures Saute-Mouton inc. officially began operations on April 1, 1998 under the initiative and guidance of Jacinthe Bergeron, backed by her husband and co-owner Pierre Boucher. Inspired by her father, Roger Bergeron, a product designer with over 50 years' experience, right from the start the objective of the company's founding president and main shareholder was to offer a high-quality product at a competitive price.

Over the years, with the support of Roger Bergeron who adds his personal touch to the design and conception of the Saute-Mouton line of shoes and boots, the company has made its mark in the shoe market, by producing two annual collections (fall/winter and spring/summer) and always presenting its new models of shoes and boots in a large choice of textures and colours.

Today, the Saute-Mouton team offers the professionalism and expertise of a large company.
